technology companies.\nWhat You’ll Do\n*Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules such as Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems.\n*Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.\n*Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.\n*Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects.\n*Conduct gap analysis, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n*Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector.\n*Hands-on experience with core banking domains such as:\nTreasury / Treasury Operations, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.\n*Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures.\n*Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n*Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
