We are looking for someone who can own the end-to-end product design process, deeply understand user problems, and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions across web and mobile. The role requires a strong emphasis on UX thinking and high-quality UI execution. Both are equally important.\nYou will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design user-centered experiences and contribute to the evolution of our design system.\nWhile the primary focus of this role is product design, experience with illustration and motion design is a strong plus. The ability to enhance product experiences with custom visuals, storytelling, or motion/video assets will significantly increase your impact.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery\nIdentify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing\nTranslate product and business requirements intoclear, intuitive design solutions\nDesign high-quality user experiences across web and mobile\nCreate and deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy)\nBuild, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system\n Design and produce print materials (e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiatives\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams\nEnsure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints\nConduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance\nWHAT YOU BRING\n7+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)\nStrong experience designing end-to-end product experiences (not just visuals)\nProven expertise in UX thinking, flows, and problem-solving\nHigh level of UI craft and visual execution\nStrong experience working with and scaling design systems\nAbility to work hands-on while thinking strategically\nExperience collaborating with engineering and product teams\nAbility to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment\nFluent English (spoken and written)\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience in Web3, crypto\nExperience with motion design, including video creation (not only micro-interactions)\nExperience with illustration or custom visual assets creation\nBasic understanding offront-end development\nExperience working in fast-paced startup environments\nROOTIES BENEFITS\nAt RootstockLabs, we don’t just offer a job, we offer a community.
