bids with technical expertise to strengthen business development efforts.\nOversee project planning, scheduling, and execution across automation and packaged systems projects.\nEnsure strong cost control, budget adherence, and financial discipline.\nImplement KPI-driven performance management to track efficiency, quality, and delivery.\nProvide regular progress and performance reports to stakeholders, management, and clients.\nEnsure strict compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, governance frame works, and company QHSE policies.\nAnticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive issue resolution.\nJob Requirements:\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, Power, or a related Engineeringdiscipline.\nPossess a recognized Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Control& Instrumentation\nAt least 3 years working experience in similar job scope\nExperience in power generation, utilities, process plants, industrial facilities, or other asset-intensive environments.\nFamiliarity with regulatory, environmental, quality, safety, and engineering documentation requirements applicable to utility or process plant operations.\nSkills\nAutomation Management in Product Development, Epc Projects, Continuous Improvement, Engineering Documentation, Electrical, Technical Proposals, Instrumentation and Control System
