Project Planning & Execution\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.\nEnsure projects are executed within scope, time, and cost constraints.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and quality teams.\nMonitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specification/TQ/TC/requirements.\nConduct risk assessment and mitigation planning for technical and financial project risks.\nProject close out and hold lesson learn session.\n2. Stakeholder & Client Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.\nConduct regular meetings and progress reports with stakeholders.\nAddress project-related issues and client concerns promptly.\nNeeds to have weekly meeting with engineering managers to ensure enough qualified resources and tools to meet the project deliverable without any engineering flaws.\nLead, direct, assist and support construction team to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.\n3. Technical & Engineering Coordination\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications are met.\nReview and approve design documents, specifications, and project deliverables.\nNeeds to have weekly meeting with engineering managers to ensure enough qualified resources and tools to meet the project deliverable without any engineering flaws.\n4. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination\nCollaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material and equipment delivery.\nEvaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize costs and quality.\nInvolve in procurement activities of tagged items.\n5. Budget & Cost Control\nTrack project expenses, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.\nIdentify potential cost savings and budget optimization opportunities.\nManage change orders and claims to protect project margins.\n6.
