Our incredible team who encourage each customer to be part of these experiences, immersing themselves in the world of food.\nThe Opportunity:\nStep into a world where health meets care as a Float Pharmacy Technician at Rosauers Supermarkets. In this role, you'll support pharmacy operations across multiple store locations, stepping in wherever the business needs you most. Under the guidance of our seasoned pharmacists, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless pharmacy operations, all while delivering unmatched service to our customers, no matter which store you're supporting on a given day.\nWhat You'll Do:\nGreet customers and answer any questions they may have.\nVerify the accuracy of patient information.\nReceive prescriptions and check their validity. \nProcess prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate.\nResolve issues when they arise (e.g. rejected insurance claims.)\nSelect the appropriate medicine and measure dosages to fill prescriptions.\nSort, stock, label medication and monitor inventory.\nUndertake administrative tasks (e.g. record-keeping) as assigned.\nSterilize surfaces and equipment and prepare the pharmacy for opening.\nComply with all security measures and quality standards.\nMaintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.\nPerform additional tasks as needed.\nSchedule & Travel:\nHours vary based on the underlying needs of the business.\nThis is a float position supporting multiple pharmacy locations.
