Apply today - we can't wait to meet you!\nWhat You'll Do:\nHelp the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations.\nOversee recruitment and training of new team members.\nEnsure team members work productively and develop professionally.\nDelegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.\nHelp direct our team member performance evaluation process.\nHandle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.\nEvaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
