throughput.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, test, and optimize CNC lathe programs for new and existing components.\nProgram complex turning operations, including multi-axis and live-tool machining where applicable.\nSelect tooling, work holding, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.\nInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and customer requirements.\nLead new-part setup, prove-out, first-piece inspection, and production launch.\nTroubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, cycle-time, and quality issues.\nImprove cycle times, tool life, process capability, and overall equipment effectiveness.\nCreate and maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, work instructions, and program documentation.\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams.\nMentor CNC programmers, machinists, and setup personnel.\nSupport root-cause analysis and corrective actions for machining-related defects.\nPromote safe work practices and compliance with reading, and precision measurement.\nExperience troubleshooting difficult machining and production problems.\nAbility to independently manage projects from concept through production.\nStrong communication, documentation, and team leadership skills.\nExperience with Swiss-style, multi-axis, dual-spindle, or live-tool lathes is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and
