We're not just fixing roofs - we're building careers and changing lives.\nThe Role\nAs an Entry Level Canvasser, you're the face of Rose in the neighborhoods we serve. Canvassing is the heart of this role - walking designated neighborhoods and starting genuine conversations with homeowners. Your day-to-day includes:\nCanvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.\nStarting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.\nSpotting homeowners who are interested in a complimentary roof inspection.\nIntroducing those homeowners to our Sales Manager.\nAssisting with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.\nOur Sales Manager handles the technical side - inspections, insurance discussions, estimates, contracts, and project oversight - so you can focus on what matters most in this role: connecting with people.\nAnd here's the part people love: there are no roofs to climb and no ladders to carry. This is ground-level canvassing work - the main physical requirement is being comfortable on your feet for several hours a day.\nCompensation\n$15.00 per hour for the field work you perform.\nBased on your performance, you can earn an extra $100-$200 per day on top of your hourly pay.\nYour earning potential is uncapped - the more homeowners you help connect with our team, the more you earn.\nPaid weekly, every Friday.\nFlexible Hours & How the Day Works\nYour hours are flexible, but our team is generally in the field from around 11:00 AM until dusk. Each week, you simply let us know the days and approximate hours you plan to be out - you set the pace.\nTransportation is provided from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. You're welcome to drive yourself and work independently, but we highly recommend riding with the team - it's the best way to learn fast and stay productive. Territories are designated beforehand to help increase your productivity, so you always know exactly where you're focused.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSelf-motivated, professional, and reliable.\nComfortable striking up conversations with homeowners while canvassing.\nStrong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.\nEnjoys working outdoors and staying active.\nComfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.\nNo roofing or sales experience required - we'll provide an orientation to get you up to speed on our inspection process and customer experience.
