In this highly collaborative role, you'll coordinate student placements, manage multiple schedules and faculty calendars, organize experiential learning activities, and serve as a key point of connection across students, faculty, clinical sites, and community partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow their career in medical education while making a meaningful impact on student success.\nWhat You'll Do and Why You'll Love This Role:\nCoordinate Meaningful Student Experiences\nCoordinate Service Learning activities across all four years of the medical curriculum.\nCoordinate student groups, community placements, household visits, Practice Rounds, schedules, and schedule changes.\nHelp ensure students have valuable experiences that connect classroom learning to real-world community health needs.\nBuild Relationships and Bring People Together\nPartner with faculty, staff, healthcare providers, clinical sites, and community organizations.\nCollaborate with service-learning teams, course directors, and educational partners to coordinate learning activities.\nServe as the key point of contact for students, faculty, and community partners.\nKeep Programs Running Smoothly\nCoordinate student schedules, placements, assignments, communications, and required documentation.\nTrack attendance, participation, reflections, and program completion requirements.\nMaintain accurate records and reports while ensuring important deadlines are met.\nSupport Future Physicians Beyond the Classroom\nAssist with early clinical experiences and preceptorships during the foundational phase of medical education.\nSupport Interprofessional Education (IPE) activities that bring healthcare learners together.\nHelp coordinate experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for clinical practice.\nHelp Shape Innovative Learning Experiences\nAssist with the planning and implementation of new and expanded experiential learning programs.\nSupport Clinical Practice courses and provide cross-functional support across the curriculum.\nContribute ideas that enhance the student experience and support continuous program improvement.\nWhat You'll Bring (Qualifications):\nBachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred\nExperience in program administration, scheduling, educational support, healthcare administration, community engagement, or a related field\nFamiliarity with learning management systems such as Canvas and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams highly preferred\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExceptional attention to detail and follow-through\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment\nStrong customer service and relationship-building skills\nBenefits and Perks:\nAt Roseman University, we believe exceptional employees deserve exceptional benefits.
