This is an office based position, reporting directly to the Head of HSE.\nWhat role you will play in our team\nThe HSE Coordinator shall provide the ability to build a positive working relationships with personnel, supervisors, managers, and clients. Provide practical health and safety guidance that supports both regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Participate in field visits, workplace inspections, and operational reviews to identify risks and support continuous improvement.\nWhat will I be doing?\nThe HSE Coordinator will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:\nMaintaining compliance sites such as ISNetworld, Avetta & ComplyWorks, etc.\nCompleting risk assessments, including Job Safety Analysis reviews.\nAssist with incident investigations and facility inspections.\nComplete health and safety documentation review and generation.\nDevelopment of safety moments.\nSupport new hire and visitor HSE orientation.\nPrepare and conduct HSE training as requested.\nSite walk through, including facilitating toolbox talks.\nMonitor the Drug and alcohol and Occupational health testing program.\nAssist front-line employees in all matters related to health and safety.\nSupport current HSE programs such as Emergency Response, Observation cards, Internal audits, Hazard Assessments, Contractor Management.\nWhat are we looking for?\nThe candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:\nA minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Industrial Services, or Pipeline Inspection industry.\nFormal education in Occupational Health and Safety is required.\nMust possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and be authorized to work in Canada.\nAbility to travel throughout Canada (up to 20%) and work extended hours when required to support operational activities, incident investigations,or client requirements.\nAdditional Qualifications or Skills\nProven knowledge of applicable Occupational Health and Safety regulations and codes and standards.\nAdditional HSE designations, certifications and/or courses are an asset (NHSA, NCSO, ISO Auditor Training, etc.).\nSuperior written and verbal English communication skills are required.\nProficient in the use of MS office applications.\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrated positive Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment attitude.\nStrong ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism.\nAbility to implement, follow and interpret related company policy and procedures.\nWork independently, as well as within a team environment.\nExperience participating in incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking and follow up verification.\nAbility to facilitate meetings and deliver
