This position reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will be a part of the Supply Chain Management team.\nWhat role you will play in our team\nThe role involves receiving, processing, stocking, and shipping inbound materials from domestic and international shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy through SAP, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities. It also includes handling stock inquiries, resolving inventory issues, placing orders to maintain optimal levels, and supporting shipping operations and special projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nWhat will I be doing?\nWhat will I be doing?\nReceive, process, and stock Inbound material orders from both domestic and international shipments.\nPick, verify, package, and hand-off material to the transportation department for shipment.\nProcess pick tickets for internal customers as requested to include final posting of goods in SAP\nAssist shipping as needed with movement and preparation of ILI tools and parts\nHandle calls regarding material stock checks with all details accurately recorded and transmitted.\nResolve problems that may arise concerning material stock inventory levels, by interacting with shipping or Inventory Coordinator, Department Managers, as well as internal and external customers.\nPerform other special projects as directed by department manager and/or upper management.\nPlace orders for stock replacements to maintain optimal inventory levels.\nUtilize reports available in SAP to determine stock needs and place orders accordingly.\nPerform cycle counts to ensure inventory system accuracy.\nAssists with the preparation and execution of physical inventory\nWhat are we looking for?\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift up to 65 lbs. from a start height of 39 inches to an end height of chest level from the floor up to 7 times per hour.\nMust be able to vertically transfer inventory weighing up to 26 lbs. from a start height from the floor to an end height of 85 inches from the floor up to 4 times per hour.\nMust be able to transfer spare parts onto pallet jacks utilizing a mechanical device with a force up to 10 - 27 lbs. a distance of 25 - 150 feet up to 1 time per hour.\nMust be able to ascend/descend a flight of 17 stairs to load and unload inventory with a height of 6 inches from the floor up to 1 time per hour.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
