This position reports directly to the Head of Procurement and will be a part of the Procurement team.\nWhat role you will play in our team\nAs a Procurement Specialist, the role manages the end-to-end procurement process, including creating purchase orders in SAP, maintaining materials masters, tracking vendor performance, and supporting sourcing, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives. The Procurement Specialist also collaborates with internal stakeholders and Finance, analyzes spending trends, ensures compliance with procedures, and trains team members to optimize procurement operations.\nWhat will I be doing?\nCreate purchase orders from purchase requisitions via SAP.\nTrack and analyze vendor delivery, service, and quality performance.\nMaintain SAP materials masters needed for compliance of API Q1 requirements.\nOptimize and maintain strong supplier relationships while working with internal stakeholders to identify and execute cost-savings opportunities.\nEffectively negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support ROSEN's business goals.\nMonitor and resolve procurement/sourcing concerns, assist in returns, and provide alternative solutions to achieve cost reduction while maintaining quality.\nEnsure all relevant documentation, approvals, and cost-center allocations are accurate prior to purchase order processing.\nFacilitate competitive bids/quotations to fulfill statements of work.\nSupport the full sourcing process, including scope development, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, and execution.\nCollaborate with the Finance department on GR and other system maintenance.\nPrepare and issue timely spend reports to stakeholders.\nUtilize SAP reports to analyze trends and spending.\nTrain and coach team members to ensure strong performance and output.\nIdentify and assist in developing training opportunities to increase program knowledge of procurement activities.\nRegularly review and update internal procurement procedures and guidelines as needed.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s in Supply Chain Management preferred.\n3-4 years in procurement experience preferred.\nStrong background in and understanding of Procurement operating systems including SAP\nMust have computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nMust be experienced in a fast-paced, professional, customer service driven team environment.\nProven negotiator, able to facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback on cost, quality and delivery performance.\nExcellent knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes and procedures preferred.\nStrong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to read and
