This position reports directly to the Head of Finance, North America and will be a part of the Finance & Controlling team.\nThe SAP Project Lead is a key member of the Finance team and is responsible for project management around the implementation of a new ERP system. The SAP Project Lead will support the development of a global SAP template and coordinate its rollout in the local organization. The solution will be highly standardized and will focus mainly on Finance and Controlling. The role connects the global project team with local Finance, Controlling, IT and business stakeholders. Main objective: Help shape a practical global template and ensure that the local organization is prepared for a smooth, standardized rollout.\nWhat will I be doing?\nFinancial Analytics and Business Intelligence\nDevelop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and analytics for Finance and business stakeholders.\nTranslate complex data into clear and actionable insights for management.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.\nDevelop standardized reporting and KPI frameworks across Finance.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other financial planning activities through improved data and analytics.\nData and SQL\nWrite SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from the Data Warehouse, including SAP, and other Rosen financial systems as required.\nDevelop and maintain reliable data sets for NA financial reporting and analysis.\nIdentify and resolve data quality, integrity, and consistency issues.\nPartner with Finance and IT to improve data structures, reporting processes, and system integrations.\nEstablish appropriate controls and documentation around critical financial data and reporting.\nProcess Automation\nIdentify repetitive, manual, and inefficient Finance processes that can be automated.\nDesign and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and control.\nAutomate recurring financial reports, reconciliations, data preparation, and other financial processes where appropriate.\nEvaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to leadership. Once approved, automate and test the process before go live, and train employees on the new automated process.\nMeasure the impact of automation initiatives, including time savings, error reduction, and improved reporting.\nAI & Emerging Technology\nIdentify practical opportunities to use AI to improve Finance processes, analytics, reporting, and decision support.\nEvaluate and implement appropriate AI-enabled tools and solutions in partnership with Finance and IT.\nDevelop responsible and controlled use cases for AI within Finance.\nStay current with developments in AI, automation, analytics, and financial technology.\nHelp Finance employees adopt new technologies and improve their data and analytical capabilities.\nFinance Transformation\nParticipate in Finance Transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork in Finance, IT, and operational teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.\nChallenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and controls.\nDocument process, requirements, solutions and controls.\nSupport the development of a long term Finance data and analytics roadmap.\nWhat are we looking for?\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in the global template design, with a focus on local Finance and Controlling requirements.\nRepresent the local organization in workshops and provide clear input on statutory, regulatory and operational needs as.\nSupport the use of global standards and help limit local deviations to cases with a clear business or legal need.\nCoordinate local Finance, Controlling, IT, key users and other relevant stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain the local rollout plan, including activities, responsibilities, milestones, risks and dependencies.\nCoordinate local preparation for data migration, testing, training, cutover and go-live.\nFollow up on open topics, decisions and actions with the global project team and local stakeholders.\nProvide concise status updates and escalate issues when decisions or support are required.\nSupport communication, user readiness and the transition to the new standardized processes and system.\nCoordinate local hypercare activities and help hand over the solution to the operational support organization.\nAdditional Qualifications or Skills\nEducation and Experience\nProfessional Accounting Designation (CPA or Other), preferred.\nExperience in SAP or ERP projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.\nGood understanding of local Finance and Controlling processes and requirements\nGood understanding of interfaces which provide input to FI/CO, e.g. sales, supply-chain, operations/projects, procurement\nExperience coordinating projects, workstreams or cross-functional teams.\nExperience in steering external implementation partners\nAbility to work with both global project teams and local business stakeholders.\n\nPractical and structured working style, with good follow-up and problem-solving skills.\nClear communication and facilitation skills.\nProfessional fluency in English.\nAdditional Experience\nParticipation in a template-based country SAP rollout.\nKnowledge of testing, data
