It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nCollaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.\n\nSupport and promote the company’s safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.\n\nAssist in implementing project based-safety programs aligned with strategic goals.\n\nContributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.\n\nHelp prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.\n\nContribute to the development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and control measures.\n\nSupport incident, near-miss, and claim investigations and communications.\n\nMaintain working knowledge of company HSE standards, programs, and objectives.\n\nPromote HSE goals across projects to ensure a safe and productive environment.\n\nAssist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.\n\nProvide input for audits, inspections, evaluations, and incident investigations.\n\nMaintain required reports and documentation to meet corporate and regulatory standards\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred\n\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills\n\nProfessional interpersonal and customer service skills\n\nDemonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nAcquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and supporting administrative practices.\n\nDemonstrated time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\n\nAbility to develop analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nPrioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nWork under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nInteract effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within regional business unit, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\n4 Year related degree, OR High School Diploma and Minimum 4 years related experience.\n\nOSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C\n\nAbility to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.\n\nTRAVEL:\nUp to 25 % as needed\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
