We'd love to have you as a shareholder!\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\nThe IT Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and/or supervising the activities of the IT\nDepartment project teams.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nMake sure project plans are established and executed\n\nOversee the activities of different project teams\n\nReview and/or approve adjustments in project costs\n\nSchedule and oversee meetings for IT projects\n\nMake sure IT project is being executed and carried out\n\nOversee the recruitment of qualified persons that will work on each team\n\nMentoring and managing a small team\n\nWork with vendors where necessary to ensure project plans are delivered on time and on budget\n\nManage communications with business users and setting accurate expectations for IT projects\n\nThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nWork experience in IT project management\n\nStrong familiarity with Oracle Cloud Products, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday\n\nExperience managing a small team\n\nStrong ability to work within a team setting\n\nExcellent leadership qualities\n\nGood coordinating and organizational abilities\n\nProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the position\n\nAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nCustomer focus\n\nComputer literacy\n\nTeamwork\n\nComfortable with fast paced environment\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\nMinimum of 7-10+ years experience as an IT Program Manager\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related discipline\n\nCan be a combination of education, training, certifications and relevant experience\n\nTRAVEL:\nUp to 10%\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
