We'd love to have you as a shareholder!\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\nThe Project Scheduler I is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of bid and project schedules assigned to him or her. Keeping both Site Project Management and Corporate Management updated and informed with the project vitality. Able to identify potential delays and impacts proactively. The Project Scheduler is also responsible for ensuring compliance with project specific schedule requirements. Supports all project partners in a-timely completion of project scope. Open and clear communication is essential.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nFollow both site specific and corporate schedule initiatives\n\nCreate, update and maintain electrical construction schedule\n\nQualify GC schedule submissions\n\nMonitor relationships, constraints and milestones\n\nReview, create and modify work breakdown structures (WBS)\n\nReview schedule content, provide comparison schedule reports\n\nPrepare site and or corporate specific schedule reports\n\nSupport Resource Loading Initiatives\n\nThedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeing performed by this position.This is not acomplete listing and other duties will beassigned basedon the position’s role within the business unit.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\nHigh School Diploma, College Degree is a plus\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler\n\nCan be a combination of education, training and relevant experience\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nWorking knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P5 or P6 standards)\n\nExperience in use of Microsoft Project\n\nDemonstrate skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the position\n\nAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)\n\nTRAVEL:\nMinimum 10% [Project Specific Needs here]\n\nWORKINGCONDITIONS:\nGeneralworkenvironment-sittingforextended periods, standing,walking,typing,carrying,pushing, bending.
