We'd love to have you as a shareholder!\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\nThe Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. Other responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members, developing future leaders, and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nMonitors progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs, taking corrective action as necessary.\n\nPlans and assigns work for team members.\n\nIdentifies, teaches, and develops future leaders and wider safety members.\n\nCoach and manage HSE professionals to build capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and address performance issues.\n\nAlign corporate safety strategy with field execution across construction and operational sites.\n\nAssess training needs and develop targeted programs for teams and project sites.\n\nFacilitate communication between corporate EHS leadership, field teams, and frontline stakeholders to ensure consistent program implementation.\n\nPromote accountability across business and field leadership.\n\nServe as a liaison with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all phases of the data center lifecycle.\n\nContribute to cross-company initiatives related to safety, including resiliency, business continuity, ESG, and workforce engagement.\n\nProvide proactive, strategic safety insights to senior leadership on emerging risks and incident trends.\n\nParticipate in pre-construction meetings and develop site-specific safety plans.\n\nMaintain a high level of expertise in company HSE standards, programs, and goals.\n\nChampion HSE standards across projects to foster a safe and productive environment.\n\nPartner with EHS training teams as a subject matter expert to ensure technical and regulatory competency.\n\nSupport additional EHS initiatives as assigned.\n\nManage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders.\n\nServe as a strategic contributor to the Health & Safety Program team, driving innovation and direction.\n\nCollaborate with global HSE and governance teams to develop proactive risk-reduction strategies.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred\n\nExcellent ability to coach, develop, manage, team members.\n\nAbility to manage and de-escalate difficult conversations and situations.\n\nAbility to build organizational talent pipeline and development of future leaders.\n\nProfessional interpersonal and customer service skills\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nExpert understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation and performance management philosophy, and supporting administrative practices.\n\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\n\nExpert analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nPrioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nWork under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nExpert coaching abilities.\n\nInteract effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within regional business unit, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\n4-year related degree and 8 years related experience plus ASP certification or 11 years relevant experience and SMS.\n\nAbility to spend 80% of working timeon active construction sites.\n\nTRAVEL:\nUp to 25 % as needed\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
