We'd love to have you as a shareholder!\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\nThe Senior Enterprise Applications Manager will work with management and stakeholders for assessment, planning, and transformation of enterprise technology platforms, products, and services. The Enterprise Applications Manager will be deeply hands-on, highly technical, and passionate about technical deliverables. Collaborate and partner with Business Stakeholders, Cross Functional Teams, and peers within Enterprise Technology to architect and design best possible technical solutions. Partner with developers and program managers to establish timelines and ensure delivery of projects and requests.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nContribute to the development and execution of technology roadmaps, governance processes, and enterprise application strategies aligned with business objectives.\n\nServe as the senior technology partner for the function, providing technical leadership, and recommendations to support enterprise applications initiatives.\n\nPartner with developers and program managers to establish timelines and ensure delivery of projects and requests\n\nSchedule and oversee meetings with development team, vendors and stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and IT departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nProjects may include launching new technologies, optimizing existing processes, supporting new features, data migration and QA/QC Automation\n\nEnsure IT deliverables are aligned with IT principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure application and solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.\n\nSupervise the right functional/technical experts and effectively lead Incident, Problem, Root-Cause Analysis, Change, and Configuration management\n\nWork with vendors where necessary to ensure project plans are delivered on time and on budget.\n\nManage communications with business users and set accurate expectations for Project Timelines.\n\nLead, develop, and mentor a team of managers, senior individual contributors, consultants, contractors, and offshore technical teams; accountable for workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.\n\nThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nDeep knowledge of core enterprise technology systems, Oracle Cloud Applications ERP & EPM, and Enterprise SaaS applications\n\nExperience in Implementation of Enterprise SaaS Applications like Oracle Cloud ERP- Financials, Oracle EPM.\n\nFunctional Expertise in configuration and management of Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP modules, including Financial Reporting Studio, Data Management, and Smart View.\n\nExperience leading architecture planning and governance in a hybrid cloud technology portfolio\n\nExperience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financial applications GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and EPM modules.\n\nExperience in full cycle implementation and driving Production Support and Enhancements on Oracle Cloud Applications.\n\nExperience managing system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.\n\nExperience in Project Management in Agile, Scrum and Hybrid methodologies.\n\nStrong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations (e.g., with payroll, procurement), and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.\n\nAbility to communicate technical and business strategy successfully to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority\n\nExcellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical skills\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation\n\nEngineering and Construction related Industry Knowledge would be preferred\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the position\n\nAbility to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures\n\nAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer/Information Science, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems or related discipline\n\n12+ years of experience in solution/ system architecture role and managing team of developers and SME’s\n\nTRAVEL:\nUp to 10%\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
