We'dlove to have you as a shareholder!\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\nThe Senior Project Scheduler is the Lead Scheduler on each project assigned to him or her. The Senior Project Scheduler is ultimately responsible for driving the development and implementation of project schedule. Keeping both Site Project Management and Corporate Management updated and informed with the project vitality. Able to identify potential delays and impacts in advance of project delays. The Senior Project Scheduler is also responsible for ensuring compliance with project’s contractual schedule requirements. Supports all project (internal and external) partners in the delivery of work-around scenarios to recover and or improve upon a time completion of project scope. Open and clear communication is essential.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nFollow both site specific and corporate schedule initiatives\n\nCreate and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)\n\nCreate, update and maintain electrical construction schedule\n\nQualify GC schedule submissions\n\nMonitor relationships, constraints and milestones\n\nReview critical path, cost loading, schedule content\n\nReview, create and modify work breakdown structures (WBS)\n\nReview schedule content, provide comparison schedule reports\n\nPrepare site and or corporate specific schedule reports\n\nCreate and maintain Resource Loaded Schedules\n\nWorking knowledge and practical application of EVM (Earn Value Management) Scheduling\n\nSchedule Change Management\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the position\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud).\n\nHave demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems\n\nProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\nHigh School Diploma, College Degree is a plus\n\nMinimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Scheduler utilizing Primavera P6\n\nTRAVEL:\nMinimum 25% -50% (Travel to job sites and other satellite office when necessary)\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
