This role will lead the development and execution of Rosendin's external communications strategy, translating business priorities, market insights, and audience needs into clear, consistent messaging across all external channels.\nThe ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and trusted advisor who can balance long-term brand strategy with agile execution, particularly during high-profile, fast-moving, or sensitive situations. This leader will build strong partnerships across the business, drive measurable impact, and ensure Rosendin's voice is authentic, consistent, and aligned with our values and business objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead brand positioning efforts, including competitive analysis, audience insights, message testing, and narrative development.\n\nTranslate research and business priorities into clear positioning frameworks, messaging strategies, and compelling external storytelling.\n\nPartner with leaders and key stakeholders to ensure consistent brand expression across all external-facing communications.\n\nOwn Rosendin's crisis communications strategy, including preparedness planning, response protocols, and messaging execution during critical situations.\n\nServe as the central communications advisor during sensitive or high-profile issues, collaborating closely with Legal, HR, Operations, and executive leadership.\n\nDraft and manage external statements, media responses, and stakeholder communications to protect and strengthen Rosendin's reputation.\n\nLead speaking opportunities, sponsorships, executive visibility initiatives, and event communications to maximize brand awareness and business impact.\n\nDevelop and manage Rosendin's external communications calendar, aligning content, campaigns, and key moments with business priorities.\n\nOversee external communications channels, including media relations, owned content, partner communications, and brand campaigns, ensuring a consistent voice and message.\n\nMeasure communications performance and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, using insights to optimize impact, improve effectiveness, and deliver results.\n\nWhat You Bring to Us\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Communications, or a related field.\n\n12+ years of progressive experience in external communications, public relations, corporate communications, brand strategy, or related disciplines.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading brand positioning, corporate reputation, and external narrative development.\n\nExperience managing high-profile, sensitive, or crisis communications situations.\n\nExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.\n\nStrong executive presence and the ability to advise, influence, and build credibility with senior leaders and key stakeholders.\n\nStrategic and data-driven, using insights and measurement to inform decisions, shape messaging, and assess impact.\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCurious, adaptable, and resourceful, leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance communication effectiveness while exercising sound judgment and discretion in sensitive situations.\n\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful\nAbility to think strategically while executing tactically, moving seamlessly between long-term planning and day-to-day delivery.\n\nStrong business acumen and the ability to connect communications strategies to organizational priorities, growth objectives, and brand reputation.\n\nExceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority and align diverse perspectives around a common message.\n\nConfidence and composure to make decisions and provide communications counsel during high-pressure and sensitive situations.\n\nA proactive mindset that anticipates risks, identifies opportunities, and develops solutions before issues escalate.\n\nAbility to balance transparency, empathy, and business needs when communicating during times of change, uncertainty, or crisis.\n\nResilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.\n\nA passion for storytelling and a relentless focus on protecting and strengthening Rosendin's brand and reputation.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
