Your Next Opportunity:

As our Supplier Quality Program Manager, you will establish and drive a robust program to ensure the quality and reliability of materials and services delivered by Rosendin's supply chain partners. This pivotal role directly impacts our project success, operational efficiency, and reputation for excellence in electrical construction across the nation. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering strong supplier relationships that uphold our commitment to safety and quality, all while contributing to the shared success of our employee-owned company.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct regular supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with Rosendin's specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives with suppliers for non-conforming materials or services, driving timely resolution and preventing recurrence.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, project management, engineering, and field operations teams to integrate supplier quality considerations throughout the project lifecycle, from design to installation.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized database of approved suppliers, including their qualification status, performance records, and audit results.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on supplier quality processes, risk identification, and performance monitoring.
  • Track, analyze, and report key supplier quality performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the qualification of new suppliers, ensuring their capabilities and quality systems align with Rosendin's requirements.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive quality programs within a complex supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and audit techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and tools, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction materials, components, and common industry quality standards.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and quality management software.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills to drive change and achieve program objectives without direct authority over all contributing parties.

What You Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in supplier quality, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or electrical industry.
  • Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are highly preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships in a program management capacity.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.

Travel:

  • Up to 25% domestic travel to Rosendin offices, job sites, and supplier facilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based work with occasional visits to job sites and supplier facilities; may involve exposure to varied environmental conditions, including outdoor weather, high noise levels, and construction hazards.
