We'd love to have you as a shareholder!\nYour Next Opportunity:\nAs our Supplier Quality Program Manager, you will establish and drive a robust program to ensure the quality and reliability of materials and services delivered by Rosendin's supply chain partners. This pivotal role directly impacts our project success, operational efficiency, and reputation for excellence in electrical construction across the nation. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering strong supplier relationships that uphold our commitment to safety and quality, all while contributing to the shared success of our employee-owned company.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve Rosendin's national supplier quality management program, establishing clear standards, processes, and metrics.\nDefine and communicate supplier quality requirements and performance expectations to internal stakeholders and external supply partners.\nConduct regular supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with Rosendin's specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives with suppliers for non-conforming materials or services, driving timely resolution and preventing recurrence.\nCollaborate closely with procurement, project management, engineering, and field operations teams to integrate supplier quality considerations throughout the project lifecycle, from design to installation.\nManage and maintain a centralized database of approved suppliers, including their qualification status, performance records, and audit results.\nDevelop and deliver training programs for internal teams on supplier quality processes, risk identification, and performance monitoring.\nTrack, analyze, and report key supplier quality performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the qualification of new suppliers, ensuring their capabilities and quality systems align with Rosendin's requirements.\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:\nProven ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive quality programs within a complex supply chain environment.\nStrong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and audit techniques.\nExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.\nProficiency in project management principles and tools, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.\nKnowledge of electrical construction materials, components, and common industry quality standards.\nExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and quality management software.\nDemonstrated leadership and influencing skills to drive change and achieve program objectives without direct authority over all contributing parties.\nWhat You Bring to Us:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.\n5-8+ years of progressive experience in supplier quality, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or electrical industry.\nCertifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are highly preferred.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships in a program management capacity.\nValid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.\nTravel:\nUp to 25% domestic travel to Rosendin offices, job sites, and supplier facilities.\nWorking Conditions:\nPrimarily office-based work with occasional visits to job sites and supplier facilities; may involve exposure to varied environmental conditions, including outdoor weather, high noise levels, and construction hazards.\nAbility to frequently stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms.\nCapable of lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.\nUse of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier) and adherence to all Rosendin safety protocols, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when in the field.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
