Вас ожидают следующие задачи:
- Организация и развитие продаж агентского канала;
- Проведение переговоров с руководителями организаций, предприятий;
- Подбор и обучение страховых агентов, организация их работы в целях выполнения плановых показателей;
- Выполнение плановых показателей.
Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:
- Высшее/среднее профессиональное образование;
- Опыт работы в сфере продаж/ страховании/ банковской сфере желателен;
- Опыт управления командой/ наставничества;
- Навыки продаж, активность, инициативность, коммуникабельность, ответственность.
