We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role under the Home Office restrictions.\nWhy join us?\nThe opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company which is changing lives, giving you the skills and experience to develop your career.\n\nA generous salary package - we reward our people at the level they deserve.\n\n31 days of annual leave, plus 4 public holidays which increases with tenure.\n\nA competitive company pension scheme to help you save for the future.\n\nGroup Life Cover - you are automatically covered for three times your basic salary to give you and your family peace of mind.\n\nPrivate healthcare and access to mental health/wellbeing support as your health and wellbeing means a lot to us.\n\nFlexible benefits such as retail discounts and access to the Cycle2Work scheme.\n\nYour new role\nAn exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Analyst I - DADM (Data & Documentation) to join our team.\n\nPlease note: although this role is within QC, this is a desk-based position, so it doesn't involve any testing in the lab.\n\nPrepare and complete quality-related documentation, including QC records, change controls, deviations, and risk assessments, in line with GMP and SOP requirements.\n\nAuthor, review, and update SOPs, forms, and other documentation relating to QC activities.\n\nCompile QC reports and certificates of analysis to support product release and regulatory compliance.\n\nConduct general record keeping and maintain document organisation.\n\nSupport with any departmental projects as required.\n\nAssist in the training and development of junior team members.\n\nComply information used to communicate with clients.\n\nProvide out of hours cover, as required on a rotational basis, for critical equipment alarms.\n\nAbout you\nPrior experience working with scientific GMP documentation in chemicals or biological life sciences laboratory.\n\nA good standard of written English and the ability to write accurately and clearly.\n\nA good working knowledge of UK laws and regulations for cell therapy products and tissue donation.\n\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.\n\nSkilled in managing and influencing stakeholder and customer expectations.\n\nHighly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work.\n\nQualifications\n· A Degree in Life Sciences.
