Обязанности:

  • обеспечение работоспособности ИТ-оборудования: ПК, принтеры, ТСД, коммутаторы;
  • техническая поддержка пользователей;
  • устранение инцидентов и др.;
  • выполнение SLA по обращениям в системе Service Desk.
Требования:
  • знания на уровне пользователя OC Windows 10;
  • знание модели OSI;
  • понимание принципов работы сетевого оборудования.
Условия:
  • официальное трудоустройство согласно ТК РФ;
  • график работы - сменный +оплачиваемые удаленные дежурства;
  • квартальная премия;
  • питание;
  • доставка до склада от ст. Лобня на корпоративном транспорте.
