Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.\nExperience in environmental services, hazardous waste, remediation, laboratory operations, chemical handling, industrial services, or a similar field is a plus. Experience operating equipment or holding a CDL is also beneficial but not required.\nWhat to Expect\nThis is a field-based position, with the majority of work performed at customer locations rather than in a traditional laboratory or office setting. Much of your work will take place at universities, hospitals, research facilities, laboratories, and other organizations that use and manage chemicals and hazardous materials.\nYou will work alongside customer personnel and Ross team members to safely manage chemical materials and prepare them for proper disposal or other approved handling.\nThe position involves:\nWorking around chemicals and hazardous materials.\nWearing required personal protective equipment.\nStanding, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.\nWorking in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.\nWorking around laboratory, healthcare, research, and industrial equipment.\nTraveling to customer locations for projects.\nLearning Ross's procedures, safety practices, EPA guidelines and regulatory requirements through on-the-job training and field experience.\nWhy Join Ross?\nAt Ross Incineration Services, safety, environmental responsibility, and customer service are at the center of what we do.
