This role will focus on monitoring digital experiences, preventing service disruptions, automating operational processes, and collaborating with development, DevOps, cybersecurity, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in site reliability engineering, cloud platforms, application performance monitoring, incident management, and digital service optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain the availability, reliability, and performance of websites, web applications, APIs, and other digital services.\nMonitor digital platforms using observability, logging, tracing, and application performance monitoring tools.\nIdentify and resolve production incidents, service interruptions, latency issues, and performance bottlenecks.\nEstablish and maintain service-level indicators (SLIs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nAutomate repetitive operational tasks, deployment processes, monitoring activities, and incident response workflows.\nCollaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to improve application reliability and deployment quality.\nManage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nSupport containerized applications and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures following service incidents.\nDesign and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for customer-facing digital platforms.\nOptimize application response times, server utilization, availability, and overall user experience.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing practices.\nDevelop dashboards, alerts, and reporting mechanisms to identify potential service degradation before it affects customers.\nSupport disaster recovery planning, backup procedures, resilience testing, and business continuity initiatives.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and coordinate incident response when required.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, system architecture diagrams, and reliability reports.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nThree or more years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, production operations, or a related role.\nStrong understanding of web technologies, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, APIs, networking, and distributed systems.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nProficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Splunk.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or comparable platforms.\nExperience with Linux administration, containerization, and infrastructure automation.\nKnowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery principles.\nStrong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting high-traffic websites, e-commerce platforms, digital products, or customer-facing applications.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience with application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and centralized logging.\nFamiliarity with digital experience monitoring, real-user monitoring (RUM), and synthetic monitoring.\nKnowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, and cloud security controls.\nExperience with reliability testing, chaos engineering, load testing, and performance optimization.\nRelevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or site reliability engineering.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000-$165,000 annually for a full-time role in the United States.
