responsibilities:\nEnsuring compliance to the applicable Occupational Health & Safety Act on assigned projects\nEnsure Safety, Health, and Environment legislation compliance, on assigned projects\nMaintain a safe work environment on assigned project sites , in accordance with both the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Safety & Environmental VPO Pillar system\nAssist in the development of scope documents for projects, with reference to global technical standards\nAssist with the request for quote process, including technical clarifications as required\nReview engineering design drawings with internal and external customers\nAssist in development of equipment lists\nParticipate in design reviews\nParticipate in Hazard and operability studies (HAZOP)\nParticipate in factory acceptance testing as well as performance acceptance testing\nAssist in managing equipment delivery to site as required\nAssist with management of day to day on site construction as per the project plan agreed with the project manager\nResolve technical design issues that arise in a timeously
