Обязанности:

  • Сопровождение ВРМ и CRM систем, 1 и 2 линия поддержки (доработка функционала, настройка на ПК у пользователя, консультирование по функционалу и настройке web-приложения и МП, работа в bpm конструкторе, участие в тестировании нового функционала, работа в HelpDesk и тд);
  • Администрирование Bitrix24;
  • Работа в ПО для моделирования бизнес-процессов (Camunda);
  • Работа в программном обеспечении по формированию отчетов (приоритет FastReport);
  • Взаимодействие с технической поддержкой;
  • Консультирование пользователей по возникающим вопросам.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы по сопровождению ВРМ системы и CRM Bitrix24;
  • Знание простых запросов SQL;
  • Будет преимуществом знания JavaScript. HTML.

Условия:

  • График работы: пн -чт. с 8:30 до 17:45, пт. с 8:30 до 16:15. (летний режим работы пн.-чт. - с 8:30 до 17:45, пт. - с 8:30 до 15:15);
  • Работа в стабильной государственной организации;
  • Трудоустройство согласно ТК РФ;
  • Премия по итогам года;
  • Льготы в соответствии с Коллективным договором;
  • Дотация на питание;
  • ДМС.
