You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty drinks, teas, and other beverages in a welcoming and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, safety, and presentation.\nThrough every interaction, you will contribute to an exceptional guest experience and help us create “Treasured Time” for our guests.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service.\nUnderstand guest preferences and confidently recommend menu items, including appropriate upselling opportunities.\nPrepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.\nEnsure consistency in taste, presentation, quality, and speed of service.\nHandle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating matters when required.\nMonitor stock levels of coffee, milk, beverages, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment requirements in a timely manner.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and well-presented workstation throughout the shift.\nFollow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.\nRegularly clean and sanitize coffee machines, equipment, utensils, counters, and service areas.\nWork closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service, particularly during busy periods.\nParticipate in team briefings, meetings, and training sessions to remain updated on menu offerings and service standards.\nSupport fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and energetic working environment.\nAccurately process cash, card, and other payments through the Point of Sale (POS) system.\nEnsure accurate billing, receipt issuance, and proper balancing of the cash register at the end of each shift.\nRequirements\nEducation, Qualifications & Experience\nYou should ideally have a diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant vocational training in Food & Beverage, with previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a high-volume restaurant, café, or hotel environment.\nA good command of English is essential, along with strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
