As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the Housekeeping team to achieve operational objectives while ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's established cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute daily work assignments to Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring efficient task allocation and workflow. Issue keys and necessary supplies to Housekeeping Attendants in accordance with hotel procedures. Monitor VIP, Do Not Disturb (DND), Sleep Out, and Double Lock rooms, taking appropriate action as required. Attend daily departmental briefings and communicate special instructions and operational updates to the team. Verify the cleanliness and readiness of checked-out rooms before updating their status to vacant and ready for occupancy.
