Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are. \n\nExport Control Coordinator (m/f/d)\n\nLOCATION: Gunskirchen • START: IMMEDIATELY\nYour new adventure\nWe are seeking a motivated Export Control Coordinator to support export control, compliance, and due diligence activities within our business. This position focuses primarily on China-related business activities (apr. 75%) and additionally supports EMEA export control operations, particularly in Finland. \n\n The role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in international trade compliance within a global and highly regulated industry. \n\nSupport the company Export Control and Trade Compliance Program. \n\nConduct export control reviews, sanctions screenings, and due diligence assessments. \n\nAssist with export license applications and regulatory compliance requirements. \n\nCoordinate compliance activities related to China business operations. \n\nSupport export control processes across EMEA, with a particular focus on Finland. \n\nMaintain compliance documentation and records. \n\nLiaise with internal stakeholders and relevant authorities in Austria and Finland. \n\nMonitor regulatory developments and support compliance training initiatives. \n\nYour skills and experiences\n\nBachelor degree in Business, Law, International Trade, Engineering, or a related fields are advantageous. \n\nCompletion of advanced training in the field of export controls (e.g. distance learning course in export controls at the German Foreign Trade Academy) \n\n0 to 3 years of experience in compliance, trade compliance, export control, legal, or a related area (recent graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply). \n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. \n\nHigh attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality. \n\nFluency in German and in English \n\nFinnish proficiency would be a strong advantage \n\nCompany restaurant and meal subsidies \n\ncompany doctor, fitness offers and health measures \n\ngood transport connections, travel subsidies and parking space \n\nflexible working hours, home office, individual training and further education \n\nbonuses, future provision/pension, employee benefits \n\nContact\nWe are looking forward to receiving your application \n\nAPPLY NOW \n\nYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities.
