Each member brings their talent to bring Rothy’s to life through rich, relevant storytelling, both visually and in words. As part of the Marketing organization, the creative team works closely with Digital Commerce, Brand Strategy, PR and more to tell our brand story and deliver the right message on the right platforms.\nAbout the role:\nWe’re looking for a strategic, social-native creative to own and elevate how Rothy’s shows up on social. Reporting to the Photo Director, you’ll shape our social creative strategy, create standout content across channels and serve as the go-to expert on social for teams across the business.\nThis is a high-impact, highly visible role for a creative who pairs great taste with a clear point of view on what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll bring ideas from concept to execution across stills, video, motion and audio, use insights to guide what comes next and partner cross-functionally to keep Rothy’s part of the cultural conversation.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn the social creative strategy across channels, turning brand and campaign goals into a content approach that drives engagement and growth\n\nContribute to Brand Marketing strategy by bringing social insights, trends and performance data into planning conversations\n\nLead the social calendar end to end, partnering with Brand Strategy, Growth, PR and Influencer, and Digital Commerce to align on priorities and timing\n\nConcept and create elevated, social-native content across stills, video, motion and audio that sets the creative bar for our channels\n\nTrack performance, share recommendations and build action plans that continuously improve reach, engagement and community growth\n\nBuild playbooks and best practices that help teams across Rothy’s create brand-right social content\n\nPartner with influencer marketing to identify and collaborate with creators who reflect the Rothy’s brand\n\nLead social creative reviews with senior marketing stakeholders, framing work and feedback so next steps are clear\n\nStay ahead of platform and cultural trends, and recommend where Rothy’s should test, lean in or pull back\n\nGuide the voice of our community engagement so every interaction feels authentic to Rothy’s\n\nYou are:\nA strategic creative: you connect big-picture brand goals with content that performs\n\nA trusted, influential partner: you build relationships across teams and bring others along with your ideas\n\nData-informed: you use insights and best practices to guide creative decisions\n\nSomeone with great taste: you have a real point of view on creators, culture and how modern brands earn attention online\n\nA clear communicator: you frame ideas and updates so they’re actionable and tailored to your audience\n\nA proactive problem-solver: you bring structure to ambiguity and stay calm in a fast-moving environment\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented: you manage multiple campaigns and partners without losing sight of the details\n\nYou have:\n7+ years of experience in social media, content creation or brand creative, with a focus on social-first work\n\nAn online portfolio of social-native work across stills, video and motion, including examples of results delivered\n\nA track record of building and leading social content strategy for a consumer brand\n\nExperience using social analytics and insights to shape creative decisions\n\nAdvanced knowledge of video and audio editing tools, plus solid motion graphics skills\n\nExceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for composition, typography, photography, color and layout\n\nExperience partnering with creators or influencers\n\nStrong presentation and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing cross-functional partners\n\nCuriosity about AI tools and how they can support creative workflows\n\nExperience with hand illustration or lettering is a plus\n\nOur benefits:\nGenerous paid time off\n\n401k matching\n\nComprehensive health plans for you and your family\n\nSupplemental mental health benefits\n\nMonthly wellness reimbursement\n\nDog friendly offices\n\nEmployee Discount Program!\n\nPay range:\n$120,000 - $145,860/annually\nBase pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
