In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment across our retail fleet, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience and scaling our team to match Rothy’s growth.\nOur ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner with strong sourcing capabilities, sharp candidate assessment skills, and a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you’ll do:\nFull-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (primarily Retail), from kickoff meetings through offer extensions and handoffs.\n\nSourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and innovative sourcing channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.\n\nStakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and drive aligned, timely hiring decisions.\n\nCandidate Experience: Conduct thorough initial recruiter screens, advocate for candidates throughout the interview process, and ensure clear, timely communication at every stage.\n\nOffer Management: Draft competitive job offers and navigate negotiations in partnership with Talent leadership and Compensation.\n\nProcess & ATS Integrity: Maintain pristine candidate data and tracking within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support talent analytics and reporting.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on interview scheduling, background checks, and seamless onboarding handoffs to People Operations.\n\nYou are:\nA Strategic Partner: Skillful at consulting with hiring managers, offering market insights, and driving effective hiring strategies.\n\nAn Authentic Communicator: Able to tell the Rothy’s story compellingly and build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.\n\nAgile & Adaptable: Comfortable managing competing priorities and pivoting quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nCandidate-Centric: Passionate about providing a respectful, transparent, and stellar candidate experience.\n\nYou have:\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or in an agency setting (retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods experience is a plus).\n\nProven sourcing skills: Demonstrated track record using alternative sourcing channels to hire passive candidates.\n\nATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse).\n\nStrong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experience structuring and extending offers while navigating candidate negotiations.\n\nExceptional Communication & Relationship Skills: Ability to collaborate, influence decisions, and maintain confidentiality across all organizational levels.\n\nPay range:\n$98,000 - $118,000/Annually\nBase pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize !employees for their work.
