Shaping the way Rotork operates by supporting the design, documentation, optimisation, and governance of business processes across the organisation.\nWe are looking for a Business Analyst with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to gather requirements for ongoing improvements within our core systems, processes and workflows whilst delivering Rotork’s overall transformation strategy.\n Key Responsibilities\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows to drive improvements across the business.\nDefine and document business processes, data flows, RACI models and system requirements to support business operation and transformation.\nFacilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions to gather, document and validate business requirements.\nConduct gap analysis between current state and future state processes.\nDesigning, leading and implementing new processes and solution updates.\nPartners closely with Global and Functional Process Owners, Product Owners and project teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, system requirements and the delivered change.\nSupport development of training materials and change management activities.\nAdvocate of the enterprise business process framework, building trusted business partner relationships and coaching benefit realisation.\n Qualifications & Knowledge:\nA Degree in Business Analysis, Business Management and Information Technology, Business Administration preferable or experience in a related field.\nDemonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within complex corporate environments or multi-entity organizations. \nAdvanced knowledge of process and problem-solving tools/methodologies and business process mapping. \nAnalytical & Critical Thinking:\nSkilled in requirements elicitation, root cause and gap analysis, SWOT assessments, and coaching decision-making to drive business improvements.\nExperience in ERP deployment and management.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nExperienced with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, and Azure DevOps; capable of creating process models, wireframes, and prototypes.\nProject Delivery & Agile Methodologies:\nDemonstrated success in supporting digital transformations using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches, including UAT, training, and change management.\nCommunication & Collaboration:\nStrong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills; proactive, self-motivated, and effective at resolving issues and motivating teams.\n Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.\nOur purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.\nFor over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.\nFrom oil and gas to water and shipping, pharmaceuticals and food- these are the flows on which our modern world depends.\nToday we're respected and admired for our people, performance and products.
