complications.\nDeliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including timely order acknowledgements, accurate promise dates, and proactive communication regarding order status, updates, and potential delays.\nExecute additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor.\n Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical)\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in Contracts Management, Project Management, or related field\nDemonstrated proficiency in reviewing and validating Purchase Orders and technical specifications\nStrong understanding of commercial and technical contract requirements\nExperience with order management systems and MIS reporting\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExperience in the industrial automation, valve, or actuator manufacturing industry\nFamiliarity with project kickoff processes and project management methodologies\nKnowledge of contract compliance and risk mitigation\nExperience with ERP or similar enterprise management
