This is a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across our manufacturing, commercial and customer environments across the Benelux region.\nThis role reports directly to the QHSE Manager and works collaboratively with all departments across the business. The successful candidate will act as a key partner in embedding health and safety practices into daily operations, ensuring alignment between teams and fostering a culture of shared responsibility for workplace safety.\nAs a Health & Safety Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring that all operations are fully compliant with applicable legislation, Rotork standards, and ISO9001 requirements. You will be responsible for proactively identifying hazards, conducting thorough risk assessments, and ensuring that corrective actions and training are implemented and documented to demonstrate compliance. A key part of the role will be to report and investigate accidents promptly, identifying root causes and driving effective measures to prevent recurrence.
