Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in driving technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs an IT Project Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring clear governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of business outcomes.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.\nManaging the delivery of IT projects from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and post-project review.\nCollaborating with technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.\nLeading project teams and coordinating resources to deliver successful outcomes.\nManaging project budgets, forecasting expenditure, and ensuring effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.\nIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nProviding regular project status updates, budget reports, and progress reporting to stakeholders and governance groups.\nEnsuring adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.\nManaging vendor relationships and contractual obligations in partnership with Procurement and Finance teams.\nSupporting change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.\nBuilding strong working relationships across IT, Operations, Finance, PMO, and senior leadership teams.\n Required Skills and Experience:\nDemonstrable experience in a similar role\nFormal project management certification/ qualifications or equivalent experience.\nStrong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement and integration.\nStrong understanding and application of change management competencies.\nEffective leadership, coordination, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.\nRequired Competencies:\nLeadership in the development and implementation of assigned IT projects.\nExperience in the preparation, management and control of project budgets.\nExcellence in ensuring outputs are of high quality, timely, support key decisions and are well documented.\n Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.\nOur purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.\nFor over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
