More importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate customer collections and deliveries.\nPrepare shipping and delivery documents, including Delivery Notes, Shipping Invoices, and supporting certificates.\nLiaise with customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution.\nTrack shipment status and update relevant stakeholders.\nVerify shipment details and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.\nCoordinate with factories and logistics partners on shipment arrangements.\nMaintain proper filing of shipping and commercial documentation.\nSupport the Customer Service team with shipment-related activities and administrative tasks.\n Requirements\nMinimum 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, administration, or a related field.\nFresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.\nPositive attitude and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nMeticulous and able to handle documentation accurately.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\nWhat We Look For\nWe value attitude more than experience.
