In this role, you will help our R&D team create, code, test, and maintain various Android apps. You will work closely with other developers and QA testers, using the Agile methodology and a quality-first approach.\nRequirements\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nCore Technical Expertise\n5+ years of experience developing Android applications, with high proficiency in both Java and Kotlin.\nDeep SDK Knowledge: Practical experience with Android SDK functionalities, including SDK version migrations, complex permission handling, and background processing.\nModern & Legacy Stack: Expertise in current libraries: Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, OkHttp.\nComfortable maintaining legacy codebases: RxJava, AsyncTasks, and XML-based Views.\nUI/UX Mastery: Proficient UI programming skills with a keen eye for detail and performance optimization.\nNext-Gen Development & AI\nAI-Augmented Engineering: Proficient in using AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate refactoring, debugging, and feature parity tasks.\nAgentic Programming: Familiarity with agentic workflows and the ability to integrate AI \"agents\" into the development lifecycle or application features.\nTooling: Expertise with Android Studio, Git, and the Firebase suite.\nExperience & Process\nProven Impact:
