This role will require working closely with our global teams both onsite and remotely, to help support and improve the IT environment at Rounds.\nHiring manager: David Milner, IT Manager (https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidmilnerit/)\nRequirements\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nMust-have:\n4+ years experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Operations role.\nSolid experience with Google Workspace (User management, security settings, SSO setup). \nExperience managing the employee lifecycle (Onboarding/Offboarding) for both local and remote staff.\nProficiency in troubleshooting and supporting local and remote users including extensive knowledge of MacOS and Windows Operating systems. \nExperience managing user permissions and access rights for core business apps such as Slack, Generative AI tools.\nHands-on experience with specific MDM tools like Jamf, JumpCloud, or Kandji.\nExperience setting up IT ticketing lifecycle including workflows, automations, and reporting in tools like Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Freshservice.\nExperience managing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) agents or Email Security Gateways.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing asset inventory and procurement.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with a strong customer service orientation.\nWillingness to provide support for global employees on Fridays\nNice-to-have:\nExperience with Island Browser.\nBasic exposure to AWS or GCP, specifically IAM roles.\nWork with Google play and Apple accounts\nAutomation skills including understanding basic scripting languages.\nINTERESTED?\nOur recruitment process consists of the following steps:\nHR Initial Interview (30 min)\nHome Assignment (1-2 hours)\nTechnical Interview (1 hour)\nHR Interview (60 min)\nCTO Interview (30 min)\nGet in touch at .
