You come from audit, controlling, fund administration or a finance team, and you know what a clean set of books looks like.\n* You think like an engineer. When you do something twice, you automate it. You read SQL and you are not afraid of Python, or you learn fast with Claude Code or Codex.\n* You have built and led a team.\n* Ideally you have worked with a board and investors.\n* You are rigorous about verification. You know that an agent can be confidently wrong, and you design systems that catch it.\n* You want ownership.
