As the Operations Lead, you will oversee the SPV Operations team, ensuring the quality and reliability of execution across the SPV lifecycle. You will manage the team's workload and performance, serve as the escalation point for complex operational requests, and shape how SPV Operations scale. Strong experience in fintech or legaltech operations, team management, and fluency in French and English are required.
