This role involves a broad range of activities aimed at ensuring the optimal functioning of a facility's infrastructure, services, and environment to support the core activities of the organization. This position is located in Livonia, MI.\nAs a Facilities Operations Manager, you will:\nManage and serve as point-person for all day-to-day operations responsibilities, procedures and services including furniture, fixtures, security, supplies, mailing/shipping, maintenance, installation, and repairs.\nInteract with a diverse group of facility users, to include all levels of the company.\nManage a team of facilities maintenance technicians in daily operations.\nProvide facilities management, including planning and oversight of short and long-term facilities projects, liaison for building services and property management, lease management, and compliance oversight.\nBe responsible for purchasing, tracking, and receiving supplies and equipment.\nBe responsible for developing/monitoring budgets and reporting financial.\nTo be considered a Facilities Operations Manager, you will need:\nAssociate's degree and 4 years of experience in facility management with increasing responsibility.\nAbility to take initiative, operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nU.S. Citizen\nProject management, and logistical planning and implementation skills.\nHigh level critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to connect operational duties to overall organization goals and strategies.\nProficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nDetail-oriented and organized.\nMust have excellent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities, and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nValid driver's license\nA successful candidate may also have:\nBachelor’s degree.\nExperience with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Access.\nKnowledge of electrical or mechanical building systems.\nOur full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.\nIf you share our passion for providing innovative solutions to complex challenges, we want you on our team.\nPlease visit our careers page and apply by clicking on this link: https://jobs.roush.com/us/en/\nVisit our website: www.roush.com\nLike us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/RoushCareers\nRoush is an EO employer -
