Working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and customers, you’ll help drive programs to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion while seeing the results of your work every day.\nAs a Program Coordinator, you will:\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations. \nAssist the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, open issues, and material management\nDirect and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.\nDevelop and execute small program plans\nComplete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables\nCollect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports.\nReview project status daily and report percentage of completion\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nAs a Program Coordinator, you will need:\nAssociate degree or equivalent certification \nMinimum of 2 years of coordination or skilled trade experience\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship\nExcellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime\nGood written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teams\nAbility to follow directions and to prioritize a wide range of assignments\nAbility to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development\nIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)\nA successful candidate may also have:\nBachelors degree in business or engineering\nAdvanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel\nAbility to work overtime as needed including weekends\nOur full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays.\nVisit our website: www.roush.com\nLike us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/RoushCareers\nRoush is an EO employer -
