The role\nwill work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will manage all\nstakeholder requirements. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Livonia, MI.\nAs a Project Coordinator, you will:\nAssist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customerexpectations\n\nAssist in developing and executing small project plans\nComplete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team toensure deliverables\n\nReview data from customers, suppliers, and create reports\nCoordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors\nSupporting management of material for launch and production\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nAs a Project Coordinator, you will need:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n6 months experience in a coordination role\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship\n Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills\nGood customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime\nAbility to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-pacedwork environment\n\nAbility to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development\nBasic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)\nA successful candidate may also have:\nAdvanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel\nBackground in customer operations, supply chain, materials coordination and manufacturing support\nAbility to work overtime as needed including weekends\nPrior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus\nOur full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays.\nVisit our website: www.roush.com\nLike us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/RoushCareers\nRoush is an EO employer -
