At Roush, you are part of building the future.\nThe Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the TA team of recruiters and coordination support. This role will be a key position to drive success and metrics within the TA team. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will participate in strategic improvements to Human Resources department processes.\nAs a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:\nLead business unit recruitment team, ensuring tiered sourcing strategies and best practices are followed, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effectiveness and timely filling of roles. Assist in the sourcing of passive qualified candidates for open and future requisitions to fill internal positions.\nProvide exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and accessibility to candidates and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened, ensuring that compliance practices have been enforced before inclusion into the recruitment process.\nCollaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to develop a workforce staffing plan for recruitment strategy for business units, both in terms of short term and long-term needs, that ensures a top talent pipeline while understanding hiring forecasts and priorities.\nPartner with Campus Recruiting Manager to develop internship programs, campus recruiting strategies, and other recruiting pipelines.\nSelect and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques. \nOversee candidate interview process with hiring managers to ensure optimal candidate interview experience.\nRecommend final candidates, extend offers of employment and initiate pre-boarding process.\nOptimize talent acquisition (TA) technology to ensure efficiency and return on investment (ROI) for products used.\nContinuously research labor and employment trends for areas of focus.\nReporting, analyzing, and communicating hiring metrics to the TA team.\nMinimum qualifications required:\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.\nMinimum 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience in the staffing industry or corporate human resources environment including implementing sourcing strategies such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.\nMinimum 1 year of experience within a high-volume recruiting environment.\nMinimum 3 years of experience leading a team.\nExperience with talent acquisition technology and applications including applicant tracking systems (ATS), artificial intelligence (AI), targeted ads, search strings, etc.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. \nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation within requisitions and candidateapplications as well as hiring manager feedback.\n\nAbility to ensure individual and team key recruiting performance metrics are achieved utilizing timemanagement, delegation, and organizational skills.\n\nStrong understanding of federal and state employment regulations and ability to handle confidentialinformation.\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships atall levels within the organization.\n\n Preferred skills:Experience recruiting for STEM-related roles.\nRecruiting experience following Office of Federal Contract and Compliance (OFCCP) guidelines or EEO/AA.\nExperience with recruiting emerging technologies or CRM’s\nTo apply for this position and view all of our other career opportunities at Roush, click here: https://jobs.roush.com/us/en\nOur Full-Time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and paid holidays.\nVisit our website: www.roush.com\nLike us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/RoushCareers\nRoush is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
