を通して、顧客の成功に貢献します。\n顧客の成功のために、オンボーディング（導入支援）、可視化されたデータから現状報告、課題の抽出を行い、社内外をリードしながら改善（リリース機能の導入）を行います。\n業務内容としては以下の業務となります。\nエンタープライズ向けビジネスAPIプラットフォームPlainのオンボーディング（導入支援）顧客に対して、プロダクトの説明や利用を促進するための活動\n現場の利用者に対して、ヒアリングから課題抽出\n\n顧客のお問い合わせや要望を適切に社内へフィードバックし、改善（代替案や機能開発）\nプロダクトのマニュアル、ガイドライン、FAQなどのドキュメント作成・更新\nデータアナリスト、デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニアなどと連携し、顧客のエンゲージメントを向上するための活動全般\nROUTE06のCustomer Success Managerはアップセルやクロスセルが目的ではなく、顧客の事業成長に向き合います。\n実績や社内外からの信頼次第にチームのマネジメントやプロダクトマネージャーへの機会にも挑戦出来ます。\n必須要件\nSaaSプロダクトのカスタマーサクセス経験（１年以上）\nSaaSプロダクトへの興味関心\n歓迎要件\nエンタープライズ（大手顧客）向けのカスタマーサクセス経験\nエンタープライズ（大手顧客）向けのアカウントマネジメント経験\nプロジェクトを推進した経験\nデータ分析経験\n求める人物像\n私たちの考える、未来への歩み方や姿勢に共感いただける方\n
