with data, including introducing automated workflows and modern AI-assisted tools.\n\nSpotting data quality issues early and ensuring our shared reporting stays accurate, dependable, and trustworthy.\n\nExperience and skills we are looking for:\nExperience working as an analyst in a data-rich setting.\n\nA degree in a quantitative subject (such as Statistics or Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience gained through work or self-study.\n\nSolid SQL experience, with the ability to write, debug, and verify complex queries with care and precision.\n\nA background using Python or R to streamline analysis, build models, and automate routine tasks.\n\nA practical understanding of quantitative modeling, cohort analysis, and LTV forecasting approaches.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to connect comfortably with diverse teams.\n\nA genuine enthusiasm for mobile games and a supportive, team-first approach to solving problems.\n\nIt would be nice if you also have the following skills:\nFamiliarity with A/B testing concepts and experiment design.\n\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools to speed up workflows while thoughtfully validating the results.\n\nExposure to modern databases and big data technologies, with a fast-learning mindset\n\nPrior experience supporting performance marketing, adtech, or e-commerce
