and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations.\nBuild connectors for platforms such as Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Jira, and other workplace tools.\nWork with OAuth, authentication, authorization, and permission-aware data access.\nBuild systems for ingesting, retrieving, and managing company and user context.\nWork on LLM-powered workflows, RAG and agentic systems.\nDesign reliable workflows where AI can safely execute actions through external tools.\nHandle asynchronous jobs, background processing, retries, failures, and external API limitations.\nWork on real-time and collaborative product experiences.\nThink through security, permissions, scalability, latency, and edge cases—not just the happy path.\nWork closely with the founding team on product and engineering decisions.\nTake features from idea → architecture → implementation → production.\n\nTech Stack: \nTypeScript / JavaScript\nNode.js\nNext.js / React\nREST APIs and backend services\nSQL / NoSQL databases\nRedis / caching where required\nLLM APIs and multiple AI model providers\nMCP (Model Context Protocol)\nRAG/embeddings/vector retrieval\nOAuth and third-party APIs\nAgentic AI workflows\nCloud infrastructure and containerized services\n\nRequirements: \nShould have 3+ years of software development experience with meaningful backend or full-stack ownership.\nShould be comfortable with building APIs, databases, and production backend systems.\nExperience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development, authentication, and authorization.\nAbility to design systems beyond basic CRUD applications.\nDebugging skills for difficult production problems.\nAbility to read documentation and integrate unfamiliar APIs.\nShould have Git and collaborative software development and independently take ownership of engineering problems.\n\nGood to Haves: \nAI/LLM-powered products\nOpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs\nMCP, RAG,\nVector databases\nAgents or tool
